Stunting is a national priority issue that now being intensively addressed to prevent the risk of stunting and reduce rate in Indonesia. In this case, children who experience greatly impact quality nation's generation because it can result low intellectual levels productivity. This study uses qualitative approach, namely resulting data form description critical analysis an incident observed field. The location research was at Office Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, Family Planning(P3AP2KB) Pasuruan Regency. study, techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. Based on findings field, addition high dispensation for marriage religious courts, Regency also received third rank constituencies. finding will provide assessment policy advocacy maturing age, which considered not optimal effective. purpose analyze effectiveness program, one age marriage, obstacles implementing program marriage.
